Where are you based?
Studio Behana is based just north of Port Douglas in Far North Queensland.
While our whole team is based in Australia, we offer social media management for businesses of all types across the country and worldwide.
What does social media management cover?
Depending on the package you choose, social media management at Studio Behana covers: weekly static posts and reels, cross-posting to additional social platforms, monthly analytics reporting, and a monthly check-in questionnaire to keep everyone aligned.
It doesn’t include photography, content creation, or the monitoring of messages and comments.
Will you cross-post our Instagram content to other platforms?
Yes. Depending on your package, we can cross-post your Instagram content to your chosen platforms, such as Facebook or TikTok, so that you can show up consistently across all the channels.
Can we still have input on what gets posted?
Absolutely — and we strongly encourage you to do so! Each month, you’ll complete a short check-in questionnaire to keep updated on any upcoming events, promotions, launches, or focus topics for the month ahead.
You’ll also have the opportunity to review and approve each month’s posts before they go live.
Collaboration and clear communication are at the heart of how we work, and staying aligned ensures everything we post on your behalf feels timely and relevant.
Does social media management include photography or content creation?
It doesn't, but that's not a problem. Once you're onboarded, you'll be given access to a shared drive where you can easily upload any photos, videos, or assets for us to work with.
If you'd like help keeping your feed fresh with on-brand imagery and content, please enquire about our brand photography and content creation services.
Will you monitor and respond to comments and messages from our audience?
Community monitoring and response management are not included in our social media management packages.
This is intentional — your internal team is best placed to respond quickly and personally to any questions, issues, or interactions that come through. Nobody knows your business and your customers quite like you do, and that responsiveness is something worth keeping in-house.
