The Female Co is a not-for-profit organisation on a mission to empower women and girls through sport, community and purpose — delivering programs including the TFC Academy, the First Nations Academy and the On Purpose Program from their base in Cairns. Sport is the vehicle, but the goal is bigger: building confidence, connection and opportunity for young women across Far North Queensland.
We took over their website, refreshing it to properly reflect their brand and their mission, and have kept it current ever since as part of an ongoing creative retainer. Alongside the website, we've delivered brand photography across multiple sessions — workshops, merchandise shoots and First Nations Academy program imagery — building a library that captures the heart of what The Female Co does.
As their ongoing creative partner, we provide consistent support each month without The Female Co needing to start a new project or request a quote every time something comes up — website updates, social content and design work, all handled as part of the retainer.
Since the website refresh, The Female Co has seen an increase in both donations and program sign-ups, with an up-to-date, on-brand online presence continuing to support their work as a not-for-profit and First Nations community organisation.
